Fathers and Sons Weekend
A Call to Adventure
The Father Figure and Son camping experience offers a chance to join a community of men for a weekend. Boys will build a sense of connection with other men, supporting them in better understanding themselves through sharing and hearing others’ stories.
Fathers will find this a deeply meaningful experience, as they support their son’s evolving journey moving forward, whilst creating a bonding moment to cherish for a lifetime.
The weekend begins with a 2-hour coastal hike before establishing a base camp. From there, fathers and sons will cook meals together on the beach, engage in both on-land and water activities, and gather for reflective campfire discussions. Boys will experience what it feels like to live in a community of men ,to contribute, to be relied upon, and to be truly seen.
Each father–son pair will join a small group, with shared responsibility for an essential aspect of the camp’s wellbeing. Through teamwork, wilderness skills, and shared responsibility, participants will create a temporary village in the wild, an unforgettable chance to strengthen the father–son bond while awakening their adventurous spirit.
Starts Friday at 5pm and finishes Sunday lunch time.
For boys who don’t have a male figure in their lives, one of our trusted team members will step in to offer that guidance and presence.
Cost:
$360 for father (or male caregiver) and son
$240 for a boy coming on his own
